Building Condition Assessments

MBM’s Building Consultancy team (Kevin Creed and Alan Stewart, Senior Building Surveyors) assessed the condition of 220 Council assets.

The services provided included BCA Compliance review, building services review, building condition audits, quantity surveying, CAPEX and Opex forecasting. The deliverables assisted Bega Valley Shire Council in determining maintenance, renewal and upgrade programmes and allowed Council to periodically revalue its building infrastructure assets. The deliverables shall enable Bega Valley Shire Council to deliver more effective and more efficient building asset management.
